If you took a poll from the ladies here, you would find slight variations to the same answer: WAH means friendship

W@H is "Women at Home". However, we aren't just women who are home during the day. All types of women make up the W@H community. Some work outside the home; some work at home; some homeschool their children; some are head of the PTA; some aren't married; some are planning their wedding; some have grandchildren. The thing that brings us all to W@H is our search for a safe place to discuss, share with and get to know one another, and to belong. This is what makes us all Women at Home.

While W@H is a Christian organization, any woman may join -- we just require that she understands that this is meant to be a safe place for everyone. If you have questions, concerns, need someone to listen, or just want a reason to laugh, then there is a very good chance that you should be at W@H as well.

If you join the
Community you will find some boards where you can post. The first thing you should do is read around a bit, and then go post your introduction on the Newbie Board. Within the boards you can discuss deep matters such as theology, the Bible verse of the day, what a scripture means to you, and list prayer requests. You can also join others to keep track of health matters, discuss your favorite book or movie, answer the Question of the Day, and read the answered prayers and praises. Don't be surprised when on nearly any thread in any board you find numerous reasons to smile, laugh, and chuckle through out your day. There is so much here that we know you will find your place and fit right in!

As you join, be sure to read all the registration information. Our goal here at W@H is to give other Christian women a safe place where friendship can flourish and souls can be fed. The registration agreement has a few rules that you will be responsible for knowing after you join.

We look forward to getting to know you better. Now come on in and laugh and love with us!
